Residential Customers
Do you need water turned on? Call 311 (or 704-336-7600) and ask for water move in, out, or an account transfer. Note: A $32.00 service charge will apply to water 'turn on' requests.

automatic payments and set a maximum amount that your bank can be drafted.
You can view your bill through the bank's ebill option.
Can I view my bill online? For security reasons, we do not offer that feature on this
website right now. You can view amount due and water bill through your bank website.
