Low-flow Indicator - The little blue or red dial on your water meter is a great help. If you have all indoor and outdoor water uses off and this dial is moving, water is passing through the meter and being counted. If you have no water running, this indicates you may have a water leak. Some toilet leaks and leaks in your underground plumbing from your meter to your house are often challenging to find. A licensed plumber with leak detection equipment can help.
